Navigating Menopause with Confidence

November 8, 2025

10:00am - 2:00pm

Asheville, NC

Jenie Edwards, RN & Menopause Coach

Struggling with the physical and emotional changes of perimenopause or menopause? You’re not alone! Join us for a supportive and informative workshop designed to help you better understand what’s happening in your body and learn practical strategies to feel more vibrant during this transition and beyond.

This is a small-group workshop. Space is limited!

What to Expect

We'll start the day by welcoming you with a comforting non-alcoholic drink as we get to know each other. From there, we will gather to learn about a wide array of topics that impact our struggles during this time of transition and beyond. You'll leave understanding what changes your body is going through and how they relate to what you are experiencing. With this deep understanding you will then be able to understand why lifestyle choices are so important and how simple steps can have a profound impact now and years later. You will also leave with a toolbox of strategies and tips that you can implement to whichever degree you prefer to begin an improved phase in your life.
