One Month Accountability Program

Need support while you try to implement healthier behaviors that not only support managing your menopause symptoms but healthy aging in general? You got it! And you got this!

The program is simple, pay your $30 and sign up by March 3rd to participate in this month long event. By signing up, you'll get all of the below benefits to help hold you accountable for making these important life changes. You decide what you want to focus on (exercise, food, meditation, etc) and we cheer you on.

Meal Support

Each week I will share a short video of a Mediterranean based meal that will help manage menopause symptoms and leave you feeling great. The meals will all support make-ahead cooking and allow for several portions to get you through the week; make once and have lunch or dinner for days!

Peer Support

By joining, you will be a part of a group of like-minded women working to make healthy life changes. This includes access to a private group chat where you can share ideas, pose questions, vent frustrations, or offer words of encouragement through the process.

Coach Check-Ins

You will get two personal check-ins to see how you are progressing and assess any barriers to your success. This quick check in will be an added boost to keep you moving toward your goals.

Progress Tracker

What gets measured gets improved. You will be provided a tracker document to keep track of your efforts and your symptoms. It can be hard to see the impact of your efforts from day to day, this tool was created to help you see these incremental improvements.
